Two men stabbed in southwest Sydney

Two men have suffered wounds to the torso and groin after being stabbed near Bankstown Railway Station in southwest Sydney around 7.15pm on Thursday.

A NSW Ambulance spokesman said one male suffered multiple stab wounds to his torso, while the other had minor stab wounds in his groin area.

The men were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics and have been transferred to Liverpool Hospital.

Police established a crime scene and are looking for the attacker.
