A 29-year-old man has pleaded guilty to importing a commercial quantity of heroin into Melbourne.
Chun Siang Teoh appeared via video link in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday.
It is alleged he brought heroin into Australia via Melbourne between October and April.
He has been charged alongside NSW man Norman George, 33, who is also charged with possessing a passport with a fake name.
Muhammed Adel Matani Sakampong, 24, has been charged with attempting to import and possess a commercial quantity of heroin.
George and Sakampong, who both require interpreters, have not entered pleas.
Teoh, who did not apply for bail, was directed to appear in the County Court of Victoria on December 14.
