* From 11.59pm Sunday a number of Melbourne lifestyle restrictions will change, including:

- 25km travel limit scrapped

- Metropolitan "ring of steel" removed, allowing travel to regional areas

- Hospitality patron number increased to 40 indoors and 70 outdoors (100 and 200 in regional Vic)

- Two visitors, plus dependents, from different households can visit homes (10 visitors in regional Vic)

- Up to 20 indoor and 50 outdoor mourners at funerals (100 in regional Vic)

- One household per day permitted a two-hour hospital and care facility visit

- Religious gatherings of 20 people indoors and 50 people outdoors

* Some restrictions remain:

- Face masks must be worn when away from home

- Work from home if able to

- Public gatherings limited to 10 (50 in regional Vic)

- Wedding guests limited to 10 indoors and outdoors (100 in regional Vic)
