If you're struggling to get a good night's sleep, it's understandable to try to do what you can to fix the status quo ASAP, if not sooner. Well, there's one sleep hack that's gone viral on TikTok — and it's currently in stock at Amazon and more than 60% off. Score!
It's called the Dr. Teal’s Sleep Spray with Melatonin & Essential Oils and this little bottle has plenty of fans. That includes TikTok user @bellerouge216 who swears she has a "seven minute window before I pass out" after spraying this on her pillow. Well, right now, you can get this wonder-spray for just $13 at Amazon...before it sells out again.
If you have Amazon Prime, you’ll get free shipping, of course. Not yet a member? No problem. You can sign up for your free 30-day trial here. (And even those without Prime get free shipping on orders of $25 or more).
Melatonin, in case you're not familiar with it, is a hormone that your body produces in response to darkness. It helps regulate your sleep-wake cycle and can be used as a supplement to help you conk out at night, according to the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH). The NCCIH specifically cites research that found using melatonin helps people fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer than those who took a placebo.
The spray also contains scents of lavender and chamomile, which have been shown to improve sleep quality in research studies.
It's important to point out that research has only been done on melatonin that people ingest (meaning, you drink or swallow it), but an army of Amazon shoppers swear by this spray.
"I use this stuff every night —I spray it on my pillow mainly," said a five-star fan. "This really helps me feel relaxed and sleepy."
A fellow happy customer calls the spray "euphoric," adding, "it relaxes my mind and I find myself calm in its presence. ...Within 10 minutes of spraying it and laying down, I'm knocked out."
Again, Dr. Teal's Sleep Spray regularly sells out. Grab a bottle — at a hefty discount — while you still can!
