Meghan Markle's estranged father Thomas Markle was rushed to hospital overnight with reports he suffered a possible stroke.
It comes as The Sun reports he was due to travel to the UK for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
Thomas was in Mexico when he reportedly had a "major stroke" and needed to be taken across the border to San Diego.
It's believed that Thomas lost his speech following the incident, which comes after an earlier health scare according to the publication.

Sources said his condition was so serious he was only able to communicate by writing messages on a piece of paper.
Meghan's half-brother Thomas Markle Jr was with him when he became ill on Monday, and Samantha Markle, the eldest Markle sibling, is believed to be flying in from Florida to be with her father.
Samantha wished her father a speedy recovery in a statement that read: "My father is recovering in hospital. We ask for privacy for the family, for his health and wellbeing. He just needs peace and rest. Godspeed. We are praying.
"He just needs some rest. It’s a travesty how much he’s been tortured and how much he’s had to go through thanks to my sister’s disregard the past few years. That is unforgivable."
Thomas famously missed his daughter's wedding to Prince Harry after suffering a heart attack just days before the nuptials and has made headlines ever since, slamming the couple.
He was set to be hosted by I'm A Celebrity star Lady Colin Campbell for the Jubilee on Monday and revealed on his podcast Remarkable Friendship that he was set to attend a number of "rival" Platinum Jubilee events that his daughter and son-in-law will not be at.
Harry and Meghan have confirmed they will attend the Queen's party with Archie, three, and Lilibet, who turns one during the celebrations, and will likely be staying at Frogmore Cottage at Windsor Castle.
Thomas has never met his grandkids after becoming estranged from Meghan and Harry after he was caught staging paparazzi photos ahead of the wedding in May 2018.
