McDonald's serving up 50c cheeseburgers plus new chicken range - here's how to get them
McDonald's fans rejoice, because the world's biggest fast food retailer has announced some exciting additions to the menu this week.
For one day only on Wednesday April 6, Macca's will be offering a 50-cent Cheeseburger exclusively for customers via the MyMacca's app.
However, the early bird gets the burger – as the offer is limited to the first 350,000 Cheeseburgers, with one redemption per customer.
McDonald’s is serving up this latest offer following the launch of MyMacca’s Rewards last month, which allows customers to receive 100 points for every $1 they spend at Macca’s.
Tobi Fukushima, McDonald’s Marketing Manager, said: “As part of our commitment to providing great value food, we are excited to offer our popular Cheeseburger for 50-cents, for one day only.
“Customers will now earn MyMacca’s Rewards points when they purchase the 50-cent cheeseburger, which can be redeemed against some of our most iconic menu items,” he said.
The Cheeseburger offer will be available exclusively to Macca’s customers via the MyMacca’s app, which can be used in restaurants, takeaway and drive-thru. The promotion is not available via McDelivery.

Meanwhile, McDonald’s is giving customers a taste of the luxe life with their latest Chicken Deluxe range.
Available in all Aussie restaurants from Wednesday April 6 for a limited time, the Chicken Deluxe range boasts delicious flavour combinations, with new and returning menu items to tantalise the tastebuds.
New items include the Double Chicken Deluxe and Chicken Deluxe Share Pack, while fan favourite the Bacon Chicken Deluxe will make a welcome return.
Lancy Huynh, Group Brand Manager, McDonald’s Australia said that the Chicken Deluxe family is “finally complete” with the introduction of its newest burgers and share packs.
Customers will also receive MyMacca’s Rewards points when they purchase the Deluxe range in restaurants, drive-through or via the MyMacca’s app.
Unlike the 50-cent Cheeseburger offer, Macca’s customers can order the new range via both the MyMacca's app and McDelivery.
