Mauritius opposition leader Navin Ramgoolam appointed PM, presidency says
PORT LOUIS (Reuters) - Mauritius President Prithvirajsing Roopun said on Tuesday that he had appointed 77-year-old opposition leader Navin Ramgoolam as the country's new prime minister, following a general election on Sunday.
