The Russians carried out a massive shelling of the logistic routes of the Ukrainian defense forces in Luhansk Oblast, regional governor Artem Lysohor reported on Telegram on May 19.

The attacks targeted all de-occupied villages where people still live, resulting in the destruction of three houses and administrative buildings in Nevske and Novolyubivka, where at least 30 explosions were recorded.

“Logistic routes in the area were heavily shelled,” he wrote.

The enemy also attacked the village of Makiivka with a helicopter and a Grad multiple rocket launcher system.

The villages of Kuzemivka and Stelmakhivka were targeted with artillery and mortar fire.

Earlier, on May 13, Lysohor said that a Russian ammunition depot explosion in occupied Sorokyne (formerly Krasnodon), Luhansk Oblast, would have severe impact to the enemy ammunition supply, potentially affecting its offensive actions.
