Married At First Sight's Martha Kalifatidis may have tied the knot with boyfriend Michael Brunelli on the show in 2018, but it seems the pair might not bother with a legal marriage anytime soon.

The reality star took to Instagram to reveal she has no intention of marrying Michael, despite being 'married' on the show.

In a Q and A session with fans on Wednesday, Martha explained her thoughts on marriage.

"I'm probably the worst person to ask this of, because I don't really care about marriage," she said.

"I don't think it's a big deal for me. If it happens, cute. But my relationship is amazing the way it is, what is a piece of paper going to do to change it?"

In another question she was asked whether she minded when other women try to speak to Michael by sliding into his DMs.

She told her followers, "I never worry about this … if he does something behind my back, all I'm losing is a liar and cheat. He loses a very cute, very sweet girl!"

Martha was also asked how to move on from a long friendship that is now toxic, even if you still love the person.

She revealed that she had broken up with a "negative and toxic" person last year, but no, it wasn't Michael it was her former "best friend of 17 years".

Martha told her followers that life is too short to spend around negative and toxic people.

"None of you will know this about me, but last year at the start of the year, I broke up with my best friend of 17 years," she explained.

"And basically my mentality or how I got over it was, if I remove them from life, I'll have room for someone more positive or something more positive."

"It was hard, and it still is hard, but also I just feel like life is too short to hold onto negative people or toxic people. It's just too short," she said.
