A man has allegedly asked a teen to flash her breasts on a train platform in exchange for money.
Police are investigating after the man allegedly committed the offensive act in Richmond in Melbourne’s southeast on July 4.
The 17-year-old girl was approached by the man at about 8.25am when she was standing on platform nine.
Police allege the man asked the woman to expose her breasts in exchange for money. The girl refused and the man boarded a train and got off at East Richmond Railway Station.
Police believe the man had travelled on the Pakenham line to Richmond Railway Station before he approached the teen.
The man is described as being Asian in appearance and about 40 years old.
He was wearing a blue puffer jacket, black pants and black sneakers with orange shoelaces.
He had prescription glasses and was carrying a black bag.
Police have released images of the man they wish to speak to in relation to the incident.
