Man, two boys hurt in Sydney home invasion

A man and two teenage boys have been have been hurt in a home invasion in Sydney's east after two men forced their way into the residence, with police investigating whether it was a targeted attack.

Police attended the Maroubra home on Morris Place in the early hours of Thursday after reports of a disturbance.

Two boys, aged 15 and 16, were found with minor injuries, while a 46-year-old man, who left the home before emergency services arrived, was found in a neighbour's yard after residents raised the alarm, police say.
