The 15-year-old student was reportedly left with a broken tooth and a black eye according to 9News.
The man in the video was initially questioned by police on Wednesday evening but later released. A 20-year-old man was then charged on Thursday with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, common assault, affray, not give way to bus and failing to exchange particulars.
A 19-year-old woman was also charged with affray in relation to the bus incident.
