A man and his dog have been rescued from their burning boat off Adelaide.
The Metropolitan Fire Service took multiple triple zero calls for the fire, clearly visible more than 7km off Outer Harbour about 4.30pm on Wednesday.
Four firefighters aboard the MFS vessel Gallantry arrived soon after to find the boat, at least 6m long, fully alight.
An SA Police boat vessel took the man, the only person aboard the boat, and his dog to Northhaven.
Paramedics treated the man for minor burns and it's believed the dog was unhurt.
The cause of the fire is not clear.
