Man diverted power to SA cannabis homes

A man has been charged with helping to grow cannabis crops by tampering with the electricity supply to several Adelaide homes.

Police raided five houses where cannabis was growing while investigating the 46-year-old, who allegedly installed electrical bypasses to maintain power to the properties

They seized 55kg of dried cannabis and 49 plants and also reported five people and charged a 40-year-old man with cultivating cannabis and possessing prescribed equipment.
