A 76-year-old man has died in hospital weeks after a head-on crash in regional South Australia which also killed his passenger.
The driver had been being airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital after September 12 crash with a Ford on the Sturt Highway but died on Monday.
His 78-year-old female passenger died at the scene.
The 69-year-old driver of the Ford has been charged with two counts causing death by driving dangerously and three counts of causing serious harm by dangerous driving.
He was bailed to appear in the Berri Magistrates Court at a later date.
