Man dies in three-vehicle crash on A27

A man has died in a crash on a dual carriageway involving three vehicles.

Police were called to the collision on the A27 at Fontwell, near Arundel, West Sussex, just after midnight on Saturday.

A 38-year-old man from Rustington was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has been informed.

The drivers of the two other vehicles and three passengers were treated for minor injuries by paramedics, said Sussex Police.

A diversion was still in place around the Fontwell roundabout at midday on Saturday.

Sussex Police urged anyone who witnessed the crash or has relevant dashcam footage to contact the force.
