Man dies after 4WD rolls in NSW's far west

A driver has died and his passenger is in a serious condition in hospital after their four-wheel drive rolled in NSW's far west.

The Toyota Prado left the road and flipped on Menindee Road, about 20km southeast of Broken Hill, on Friday afternoon, police say.

A 57-year-old man died at the scene while his 63-year-old male passenger suffered serious injuries and was flown from Broken Hill Base Hospital to Adelaide for further treatment.
