Man charged over SA Riverland cannabis

A man has been arrested over a cannabis crop and stash of dried cannabis discovered in South Australia's Riverland region earlier this year.

Police found six cannabis plants and about 11kg of the dried drug at a property in Chaffey, near Renmark, in January.

A 26-year-old from Angle Vale was on Thursday charged with cultivating the drug, possessing a large commercial quantity of it and owning prescribed equipment.
