A second person has been charged over the stabbing murder of a man in Melbourne.
Ricky Rowlands, 46, died in hospital after being found badly injured at Parkville following a Saturday night fight in the CBD.
Benjamin McCartin, 40, appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday charged with his murder.
He is also charged with affray using unlawful violence.
McCartin bowed his head as he appeared in court via video link because of COVID-19 restrictions.
His lawyer Matthew White said McCartin was on medication and needed to see a nurse in custody.
Candice Harper, 34, was earlier charged with Mr Rowlands' murder, and affray.
She and McCartin will return to court for a committal mention in February.
