A man has faced a bedside hearing after being charged over a shooting murder in Melbourne last month.
The 43-year-old Frankston man was charged with murder over the death of a 34-year-old Frankston man on September 18.
The man was arrested at a Cranbourne home on September 24 after a week-long search by police.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene and has remained under police guard in hospital.
The man did not apply for bail at his bedside hearing on Monday, and has been remanded in custody until January 24.
