A man has been charged over a fatal house fire in Victoria's northwest.
Police and fire crews were called to the blaze in Red Cliffs, near Mildura, late on Sunday.
A 52-year-old man's body was later found inside his destroyed property.
Police on Tuesday said a 36-year-old Red Cliffs man had been charged with arson causing death.
He will appear in Mildura Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
