Man charged over crime spree in WA

A man is facing a string of armed robbery and car theft charges after a crime spree south of Perth.

The 31-year-old thief allegedly assaulted a man in Rockingham and stole his car on May 23, before robbing a store in Waikiki on May 29. On June 3, police allege he mugged another person and stole their car in Bunbury.

The spree continued with a stolen car in Success on June 7, with the vehicle used in a fuel drive-off later in the day.

The man will appear in Rockingham Magistrates Court on Wednesday facing 10 charges.
