A man has been charged with the stabbing murder of another man whose body was found in the car park of a Hobart unit complex.
The 34-year-old's body was discovered at Mornington on the city's eastern shore around 3am on Monday after reports of a "disturbance".
Police allege he was stabbed in the neck by a 31-year-old who was on Tuesday charged with murder.
He was scheduled to appear in Hobart Magistrates Court at an after-hours session on Tuesday night.
The pair knew each other, police say.
