A man was busted in a compromising position, with no pants on, but with meth, outside a McDonald's in the US state of Arkansas.

On Sunday, a Jonesboro police officer responded to a call from a McDonald's restaurant manager requesting help with a dead battery, local news station KAIT reported.

Thinking she had spotted the white van which had the dead battery, Sgt. Susan Gray approached a vehicle outside the McDonald's.

“Upon approaching the vehicle, Officer Gray observed a male subject, Daniel Jewell, sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle with one foot on the dash and the other foot propped up on the passenger seat, naked from the waist down and masturbating,” an affidavit said according to KAIT.

Jewell, 39, from Memphis, was taken from the vehicle and handcuffed, while other officers arrived at the scene and dressed the man.

Police reportedly found a meth pipe in Jewell's pants and in his vehicle, 26 grams of what authorities believed to be methamphetamine in separate baggies and a scale.

According to Craighead County Sheriff's Department's arrest records, Jewell was charged with possession of the drugs and he hasn't been released.

KAIT reported Craighead County District Judge David Boling found there was probable cause to charge Jewell with public indecency, possession with the intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jewell is still in custody.

The person who initially called the police for assistance did get the help they needed and were able to get back on the road, the station reported.
