A man has been accused of sexually assaulting two girls inside a unit in Sydney's southeast.
The girls aged 12 and 15 were walking along Botany Road in Mascot about 8.30pm on July 17 when they were approached by Taha Fayad.
Fayad and the girls then went to a unit at Kensington in Sydney's southeast, where he allegedly exposed himself before touching the two girls, police say.
The 33-year-old man was arrested on Monday afternoon and charged with assaulting a child aged between 14 and 16 years, inciting others to do a sexual act with them without consent, and two counts of intentionally sexually touching a child aged between 10 and 14.
Fayad's matter was briefly mentioned at Waverley Local Court on Tuesday, where he was granted conditional bail to appear at the same court on August 12.
