Man arrested after alleged 'peeping Tom' caught on CCTV peering through window
A “peeping Tom” who was allegedly caught on CCTV peering through a teenager’s bedroom window in Sydney’s north has been arrested.
The 13-year-old alerted her parents after allegedly spotting the man looking through the window of the Collaroy Plateau home on November 30 about 10.45pm.
The parents then searched the rear yard but could not find the man.
Calls from members of the community led to police arresting a 30-year-old man at an office on Pittwater Road at Dee Why about 10am today.
The man was taken to Dee Why Police Station and inquiries are continuing.
