Man arrested after allegedly raping four-year-old in McDonald's toilet
A man is in jail accused of raping a four-year-old in a McDonald’s toilet while the little girl was on a childcare excursion.
The girl told childcare workers the man touched her genital area with his hands and penis while she was in the toilet at the Oklahoma fast food restaurant, Fox 25 news reported.
The worker reportedly went to check on the child after realising she had “been gone a while” on Tuesday and knocked on the locked bathroom, according to police.
After some time a man, identified as Joshua Kabatra, 37, eventually came out of the cubicle and told the worker, “I was just washing my hands” the police affidavit reportedly stated.
Mr Kabatra has been arrested in relation to the alleged incident and remains in jail.
