Man and woman found dead in Melbourne home

Police are investigating after a man and woman were found dead at a property in Melbourne’s southeast.

Their bodies were discovered at a residential address in Notting Hill, 19km from the city, about 11am on Thursday, Victoria Police said.

The circumstances surrounding the cause of their deaths has not yet been determined.

Nine News reports the man is believed to be in his 30s and the woman in her 60s.

Detectives from Monash Crime Investigation Unit are investigating the matter with assistance from the Homicide Squad.
