Man accidentally shoots himself in the groin while bending over
A man has shot himself in the groin in an unfortunate accident in the US.
Eye-watering CCTV footage, believed to have been filmed in Nevada, shows the man putting the weapon in its holster inside his trousers when disaster strikes.
After bending down, the gun fires a bullet through his groin, prompting a horrified screech from the unfortunate victim.
A woman can be seen rushing to his aid as he begins removing his trousers.
The man was rushed to hospital and is understood to be in a stable condition.
He reportedly suffered a “through and through wound”, meaning the bullet left his body.
