A Sydney rapper has been charged with murder after he allegedly stabbed a man outside a fast food restaurant in Sydney’s inner-west.

Sitaleki Filihiahekava, 32, was stabbed to death outside Guzman y Gomez on Marrickville Road in Marrickville about 7.40pm on Monday.

Police on Wednesday evening arrested Jacob Tammer-Spence before the 31-year-old was charged with murder.

His lawyer did not make an application for bail when he made a brief appearance at Burwood Local Court on Thursday.

NSW Police Acting Superintendent Ben Kennis earlier confirmed the attack wasn’t random.

“It was too early to say if they arranged it … It was clear they did know each other,” Superintendent Kennis said on Tuesday.
