Love Island star Jake Cornish has quit the All Stars series after three days.

The reality TV star was one of 12 former contestants to return to the hit ITV dating show for its new spin-off series, currently airing on ITV1 and ITVX.

In a preview of tomorrow night's episode, which aired at the end of tonight's show (January 16) Jake could be seen gathering the Islanders around the fire pit where he told them: "I'm going tonight."

Another preview clip showed Jake sitting opposite host Maya Jama outside of the villa in what appeared to be an exit interview.

Love Island: All Stars debuted on ITV last night (January 15) with host Maya Jama welcoming the familiar cast to their new South African villa.

Maya then revealed the results of the public vote, with viewers having been given the opportunity to select the first couplings of the 2024 series, ahead of the opening episode.

Jake was paired with ex-girlfriend Liberty Poole, after they both met and previously dated in Love Island season seven, which aired back in 2021 – it was Liberty who called off their romance just days before the final, after second-guessing Jake's feelings for her.

Following news of their Love Island: All Stars coupling, Jake and Liberty both greeted each other with a smile, with Jake joking: "Hi Lib, nice to meet you."

Asked by Maya if he was happy with the public's choice, he replied: "Yeah, I mean, I don’t hate the girl. There’s no bad blood."

Jake and Liberty weren't the only exes to be reunited on Love Island: All Stars with former couple and contestants Molly Smith and Callum Jones unveiled as the first two bombshell additions to the villa – six months after their break-up.

Love Island: All Stars airs on ITV2 from Mondays to Saturdays.
