Love Island: All Stars confirms season 2 star as new bombshell

Love Island: All Stars spoilers follow.

Love Island: All Stars has confirmed season two star Adam Maxted as the latest bombshell to join the series.

Adam first appeared on the reality show in 2016, where he finished in fourth place with Katie Salmon. The couple announced their split a week later.

Now, he's back for another shot at love, after making his entrance into the All Stars villa in tonight's (February 9) dramatic episode.

Shortly following his arrival, Adam was quickly thrown into the action by having to choose a girl to steal from an existing couple.

He settled on Arabella, which left Chris single and the latest Islander to be dumped from the villa.

Speaking ahead of his return, Adam shared his excitement at entering the villa for a second time.

"It's a second opportunity to go in there as my older, wiser and more confident self. I was nervous last time — it would be nice to go in there and form a connection with somebody. I'll be passing words of wisdom for sure," he said.

"I came out of a five-year relationship in 2020, and now I'm probably more ready than ever to meet someone and be open to finding the right person."

He also spoke about what he'll do differently this time around, saying: "I will back myself 100%. Not in an arrogant way, but I know myself, I've learnt from my mistakes and I now want to take the time to step up.

"I'm not looking for drama, I'm looking for a connection and to get to know someone."

Tonight's episode saw two more exits, with Joanna and Joe also leaving the villa. After four couples were voted least compatible in an awkward game of Couple Goals, the pair were chosen by their fellow Islanders to exit the series.

Love Island: All Stars airs at 9pm on ITV2, ITVX & STV.
