Liverpool will lift the Premier League trophy in a presentation at Anfield after their penultimate match of the season against Chelsea tonight.

The Liverpool captain, Jordan Henderson, will lift the title for the club, their first for 30 years, in a ceremony on the Kop for which the club have spent around £1m.

Fans will not be allowed to attend the event due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic but millions of Liverpool supporters are set to watch the historic event around the world.

Following the game against the Blues on 22 July, a ceremony will take place to honour the latest Premier League champions, who hold a 21-point advantage over second-place Manchester City.

Reds legend Sir Kenny Dalglish, the manager of the club when they last won the title in 1990, will be a member of the Trophy presentation party.

When is the trophy presentation?

Liverpool will finally get their hands on the Premier League trophy tonight – Wednesday 22 July – at around 10pm BST following the conclusion of their match with Chelsea at Anfield.

UK viewers can watch the presentation unfold online providing they are a Sky Sports customer, via the SkyGo app and website.

How can I watch on TV?

But those who are not Sky customers can still access the channel via the free-to-air Sky channel Pick, available on Freeview channel 11, Freesat channel 144 & 147 (HD), Sky UK channel 159 (SD/HD), and Virgin Media channel 165 (HD).

The game and trophy presentation will also be shown on Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Ultra HD.
