I'm a Celebrity's screaming Danny Jones pleaded with Ant and Dec when he had two snakes slip into his shorts during the first ever BushTucker trial.
It was an exciting launch episode as the cheeky Geordie hosts welcomed 10 famous faces into the jungle to give up their lives of luxury. Big names on the casting list include Coleen Rooney and former boxer Barry McGuigan.
McFly singer Jones took part in The Mausoleum of Misery with McGuigan which saw them locked in a box of snakes where they had to try unlock the padlocks. Only earlier in the show, the musician shared his fear of snakes and now he was pleading with the TV hosts as they slithered up his shorts.
He declared: "I've got a snake on my shorts! Oh my god my wiener. Guys!" Jones got all five of his stars during the challenge. Meanwhile, his partner McGuigan got no stars and complained he couldn't see — leaving Ant and Dec joking he needed glasses.
Once it was over, the singer had to have a snake pulled from his shorts by a member of the TV crew. Later, he admitted he had the snake "near my own python".
I'm A Celebrity highlights
Rebekah Vardy joke
The ITV show — fronted by Ant and Dec — opened with a..... Rebekah Vardy joke.
The Geordie duo have already made their first jibe about Vardy — not even minutes into the show. They joked it would be great for Coleen Rooney to do a Bushtucker trial without Vardy — referring of course to their infamous libel case that played out in the spotlight. Rooney outed Rebekah Vardy's Instagram account as the source of the leaks about her personal life to the press, getting her the nickname "Wagatha Christie".
Dec quipped: "It'll be nice to face a trial that doesn't involve Rebekah Vardy."
Not long after, the presenters threw shade at Tommy Fury who was rumoured to be joining the show but decided to drop out to fight YouTuber KSI instead.
Celebrating getting Barry McGuigan to do the show, they said they managed to get such a big name because "it was either do this or fight a YouTuber on Netflix".

The celebs had been drenched in a swamp as they undertake first task to become leaders of the camp. GK Barry cried: "This is hell." The podcaster admitted she was struggling to get to grips with the challenge.
