Let's Talk About How Weird JD Vance's Official VP Portrait Is

As we stare down the inauguration next week, Donald Trump and JD Vance have released their comically evil-looking official portraits.

The pics were taken by Trump's chief photographer, Daniel Torok. The Trump-Vance team said in a release that these official portraits "go hard," which is how you know they're about to make you physically cringe.

Usually, presidents have gone for a smiley look — even Trump did in his first cursed run at this. This time around, he has appeared to recreate his mugshot.

I'm not entirely sure why Vance has been, to use the technical term, yassified into Chucky.

By comparison, this is what Vance looks like "normally." As "normal" as one can look while complaining about "childless cat ladies" like your overly-online weird cousin.
