Leeds: Emergency closure as burst water main floods Garforth road

Drivers are being told to avoid a busy road in West Yorkshire after a water main burst.

People living in Garforth, near Leeds, have been told many homes are without water because of the issue at the A63 roundabout near Miller and Carter.

Properties in the LS15, LS25 and LS26 postcodes had been affected, according to Yorkshire Water.

Nearby Garforth Academy has texted parents to say it would be open as normal.
