* There have been 38,706,049 doses administered in the national COVID-19 vaccination rollout up to Tuesday, including 108,660 in the previous 24 hours.

* Of the total, 22,951,529 have been administered by the Commonwealth (an increase of 77,514 in the previous 24 hours).

* 15,754,520 have been administered by the states and territories, including 31,146 in the previous 24 hours.

* 91.8 per cent of people 16 and over in Australia have received at least their first dose and 85.8 per cent are double-dosed.


* Australia reported 1021 local cases: 1196 in Victoria, 248 in NSW, five in the ACT, one in South Australia and 11 in the NT.

* The national death toll is 1973: Victoria 1301 (+3), NSW 627 (+2), ACT 14, Tasmania 13, WA 9, Queensland 7 and SA 4. (Two Queensland residents who died in NSW have been included in the official tolls of both states).


* Cases: at least 258,831,527.

* Deaths: at least 5,166,668.

* Vaccine doses administered: at least 7,450,367,219.
