* Two NSW men, aged 55 and 71, have died days after getting the AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine

* Therapeutic Goods Administration boss John Skerritt says current evidence in relation to the two cases does not suggest a likely association between the deaths and the vaccine

* The TGA says 11,000 adverse events have been reported to it, out of the 2.1 million jabs delivered so far
