Kolomoisky’s legal team submitted a motion requesting a change in his preventive measure, requesting house arrest due to their client's deteriorating health.

According to Kolomoisky’s lawyer Oleksandr Lysak, the defense filed a motion to grant access to medical professionals, but this request was denied. The lawyer did not disclose the specific health issues affecting his client.
