The event, which is scheduled to take place on Sept. 10 at 9 p.m. ET, will be hosted by ABC — a decision previously contested by Trump, who called ABC "the single worst network for unfairness” as he hinted at possibly backing out.
On his Truth Social platform, the 78-year-old wrote: "Why would I do the Debate against Kamala Harris on that network?... They've got a lot of questions to answer!!! Why did Harris turn down Fox, NBC, CBS, and even CNN? Stay tuned!!!"
Regardless, both candidates have agreed to the terms of the debate, and it seems to be moving forward. So, whether you support Harris, Trump, or remain undecided, I want to hear from you. What questions would you like to see moderators ask and why?
Maybe you're a parent struggling with childcare costs in the US, and vice presidential nominee J.D. Vance's suggested solution — having grandparents look after your littles — was not enough. So, you want to hear moderators ask each candidate for a concrete plan toward affordability.
Perhaps you were horrified by the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and you'd like to hear exactly where each candidate stands on abortion rights, as well as their plans to either protect or further dismantle these rights in the future.
Or maybe you're a former student who simply can't bear the weight of your student loans. They're preventing you from buying a house, purchasing a car, planning a family, or making any major life decision in the near future. So, you want to know if each candidate will be a help or hindrance toward student loan forgiveness plans.
Whatever the question may be, we want to hear from you. Share what you would like to hear moderators ask and why in the comments. Or, if you'd like to remain anonymous, use this Google form. Your response may be featured in an upcoming post.
