Kim Kardashian has proved that Barbie energy is going nowhere as she shared behind-the-scenes photos from a dress fitting in Paris.
The hot-pink Balenciaga gown is just the latest in a string of iconic looks for the fashion maven, with Kim cementing her status as a fashion icon with her take on chick-flick Clueless along with 10-year-old daughter North for Halloween, taking to the tennis court in an actual bikini, and even rocking a buzz-cut.
The queen of reality TV has also created a storm with the launch of her latest SKIMS collection: a bra range featuring built-in padding for a free-the-nipple moment.
But Kim, 43, kept it simple with her latest look, showcasing just the gown that she wore to the LACMA gala in Los Angeles last weekend in a behind-the-scenes peek.
The full outfit - seen at the glitzy event at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art attended by Elliot Page, Salma Hayek, Heidi Klum, Jennifer Lopez and more - consisted of a Barbie-pink backless gown with an expansive train. She accessorised the look with a pair of silky black evening gloves and a diamond necklace, along with a sleek ponytail.
Sharing an Instagram photo of the dress' fitting, she is seen in a stripped-down version of the full look, losing the black gloves and contrasting the bright gown with its trailing fabric with a simple bun and minimal make-up.
The fashion icon captioned the effortless beauty look with an apt “Paris Princess Diaries”.
