The 42-year-old mother-of-five posted a video on Instagram revealing her 18-year-old son – who she has previously revealed has violent outbursts due to his severe autism – broke the window in frustration after getting hiccups while sitting in the rear passenger seat.
Price told her 2.5 million followers: "Welcome to my bank holiday Monday... a normal day off... Harvey’s reaction to hip cups [sic]"
The clip shows the tinted glass shattered all over the ground and Harvey sitting in the car looking at train videos on his tablet.
Price says: "This is because of hiccups. Why did smash the window Harvs? Look what you've done to the window!"
Harvey says: "That's f***ing naughty, innit? Bad."
She replies: "Yeah, it is."
Price recently won praise for opening up about life raising her disabled son in BBC documentary Katie Price: Harvey & Me.
Harvey was born with Prader-Willi syndrome - which causes extreme appetite and weight gain - partial blindness and severe autism.
Price has previously spoken of her fears that her son could be sectioned if it was felt he was a danger to himself or others.
Harvey's father is former footballer Dwight Yorke with whom Price had a brief relationship.
Price is also mother to son Junior, 15 and daughter Princess from her marriage to Peter Andre and seven-year-old son Jett and six-year-old daughter Bunny with third husband Kieran Hayler.
Price has found love again with 32-year-old Carl Woods and last month sparked rumours she may be expecting a sixth child after posting an image on Instagram of herself with her hand resting on her stomach.
The photo was captioned: "Happy and healthy it’s the best feeling ever I thank @carljwoods for being part of me."
The devoted mother has often spoken of a desire to have more children.
