Karl Stefanovic finally speaks out about Noosa brawl with Michael Clarke

Karl Stefanovic has finally broken his silence over his infamous brawl with Michael Clarke in Noosa earlier this year.

The Today Show host was likely not expecting to speak about the incident on air, with his lighthearted response coming up during an interview with Daily Telegraph UK associate editor Camilla Tominey.

The British journalist, who likely had no clue about Karl's Noosa fight, spoke about how quickly news travels in Noosa after Prince Harry complained about the press bombarding him in 2003 while he was there.

"He basically suggested the only way a photographer or a newspaper could have found out is if [his phone] was hacked," Camilla told Karl and his co-host Sarah Abo.

"[However] you and I know if Prince Harry turned up in Noosa with an entourage everyone would know about it and someone would phone a local paper and the next thing the place would be swarming with photographers."

"You're 100 per cent right about Noosa - I mean, everyone has got a phone there as well," Karl quipped while keeping a serious face.

Sarah poked fun at the situation, adding: "Clearly Camilla doesn't read the Australian tabloids."

What happened between Karl and Michael?

Michael and Karl were filmed in a shock altercation in January when the former cricketer's girlfriend at the time, Jade Yarbrough, accused him of cheating on her with ex Pip Edwards.

The Daily Telegraph released footage of the wild fight in January, showing Michael being yelled at and slapped by a furious Jade.

Karl, his wife Jasmine Yarbrough, who is Jade's sister, and celebrity accountant Anthony Bell were also there, with Jade accusing Michael of sleeping with Pip, and calling the designer the "love of his life".

Jade was seen in the video yelling at Michael and slapping him as he insisted he didn't cheat on her.

"I'm wrong? I'm f**king wrong! You're a f***ing liar. I can see everything. You called her," Jade yelled, while also seemingly referring to messages between the cricketer and fashion designer.

"Baby you're wrong, you're wrong," Michael insisted. "I swear on my life, I swear on my life... That's not true, it's not true."

He also swore on his daughter Kelsey Lee's life that he didn't cheat on her, however, Jade refused to believe him, saying she spoke with Pip.

"You're f**king lying to me," she hit back. "You are a piece of s**t. I just spoke to her. What is wrong with you?"

"No I didn't. You can hit me. That's not true, that's not true," he continued.

Karl's wife Jasmine eventually grabs her sister and drags her away, telling her, "Get away with Karl, get away with Karl."

"Karlos, I can tell you now, c**t, don't you f**king walk away. She can, she can punch me, but you, you c**t," Michael yells at Karl, with Jade defending her brother-in-law, saying, "You piece of s**t, don't you f**king speak to him."

Jade is then heard yelling at Michael, "I f**king hate you," as Karl and Anthony try to calm them down.

"Go, hit me hit me … do it again, you're wrong, you're f**king wrong," the cricketer tells her.

Jade continues, telling him she allegedly saw a text message from Michael to Pip where the cricketer invited her to India with him.

"Don't ever talk to me again," Michael hits back.

Michael has since taken full responsibility for the brawl, telling The Daily Telegraph, "I'm absolutely gutted I've put people I hold in the highest regard in this position. My actions in the lead-up to this altercation were nothing short of shameful and regrettable."
