A mother kangaroo, still carrying her baby joey in her pouch, got up close and personal with a New South Wales resident as she captured them on camera.
Residents of Lake Macquarie have become accustomed to sharing their locality with kangaroos, with one local TikTok user, @veronicadownunder, sharing the lives of the marsupials to social media regularly.
