Kaley Cuoco Fans Are Freaking Out After She Spilled a 'Flight Attendant' Spoiler on Instagram

Kaley Cuoco just shared some big news about the upcoming second season of The Flight Attendant.
This week, Kaley posted on Instagram a photo of herself with actress Sharon Stone that got the internet talking. “Welp, I can finally share this news .. hi mom, I 💜 you 😍😍😍😍 @sharonstone seriously what life am I living?! @flightattendantonmax,” she captioned the picture.
As reported by Deadline and teased on Kaley's Instagram, the Ratched star has been tapped for a recurring role in The Flight Attendant, where she'll play Cassie (Kaley)'s estranged mother. It was a secret that Kaley apparently kept to herself, not even telling her celebrity buddies, like stylist Brad Goreski. "I’m so mad you didn’t tell me this in advance! SHARON STONE!," Brad commented on the post. Even celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton wrote, “A-ma-zing!!!”
Celebrities aside, Fans of the HBO Max series were just as excited about the season 2 cast addition. One fan commented, “Omg this is amazinggggg. @sharonstone is the best! You lucky duck Kaley!” Another wrote, “Yes!! That’s awesome! Just when you think @flightattendantonmax couldn’t get any better!!”
Sharon will be playing Lisa Bowden, in a season that will highlight Cassie’s sobriety. In the first season of the series, fans see Cassie struggling with alcoholism and her recklessness resulting in her becoming a suspect for a murder, which she, unfortunately, can’t remember. After working to prove her innocence, Cassie takes her life to Los Angeles and embarks on a journey of sobriety.
When discussing the second season with Deadline, Kaley told the outlet: "I was very clear when we decided we wanted to do a second season, that I didn’t want Cassie to all of a sudden be like an amazing FBI agent. We are going to be adding in that slight CIA asset on the side."
Kaley also added, "[Cassie] moves to L.A., first year sober, and she makes all the wrong decisions on what you’re not supposed to do when you become sober, and she’s going to learn very quickly that it’s not as easy as she thought."
Season 2 of The Flight Attendant is scheduled to be released in the spring of 2022.
