Have you ever met anyone that actually enjoys vacuuming? It’s everyone’s least favorite chore for a reason — you have to lug around a heavy vac from room to room, hunch over as you try and get every dust bunny and clump of pet hair, only to realize you forgot to get the crumbs from under the table.

While robot vacuums are certainly nothing new, they’re not all created equal. Roomba is the king of smart vacs, and the brand’s current reigning champ? The iRobot Roomba i3+, and it’s $150 off at QVC, bringing the sticker price down to just $400 (was $550). You have to hurry though — this sale won't last.

Don't want to pay all in one go? Opt for five interest-free Easy Pays of $80 instead. Plus, if you're a first-time QVC shopper, you can grab an extra $15 off a purchase of $35 or more with code OFFER. Second-time customers can get $10 off a purchase of $25 or more with code HELLO10.

Sure, $400 is still pricey, but it practically pays for itself in the hassle it eliminates. For starters, it has Smart iAdapt navigation, which allows the device to learn the layout of your home, including where each room is, and what to avoid, like pet bowls, the trash can and stairs.

The best part, however, is that the gizmo is virtually mess-free — it’s made to clean up after itself, so you don’t have to think of emptying it for weeks. The vac comes with an automatic dirt disposal, where it’ll deposit all the gunk it picks up after each cleaning session. The disposal only requires emptying every 60 days. Now that is a feature we can really get behind!

As for the clean itself bit? The Roomba uses a three-stage cleaning system and ten times the power lifting suction, so all that trapped dirt in your carpet and floorboards doesn’t stand a chance.

Pet parents specifically love the Roomba i3+, if only for the fact that they don’t have to constantly have to pick up after their shedding pooches. Others have been known to treat their Roomba i3 as a pet, giving it a name and everything! Get your new helpful housemate while it's still on sale.
