International warrant issued for boyfriend of murdered woman Cecilia Haddad
An international arrest warrant has been issued for a Sydney businesswoman’s former lover.
Mario Marcelo Santoro left Sydney the same weekend Cecilia Haddad’s body was found floating in the Lane Cover River at Woolwich, on the city’s North Shore.
NSW Police have already issued an arrest warrant and Interpol has issued a red notice.
This means Brazilian authorities now have the power to detain him.
