DUBAI (Reuters) - Syria's main Homs-Damascus highway was temporarily cut off after an Israeli strike targeted an aid gathering centre for displaced Lebanese south of the city of Homs, the Syrian state news agency SANA reported on Monday.
SANA said earlier there were initial reports of an Israeli attack on the Chenchar area in Homs' southern countryside in central Syria.
