Popular roast sold at Woolworths recalled

A popular turkey product has been recalled nationwide after a mix-up in packaging meant customers were exposed to a potential allergen.

Ingham’s Enterprises Pty Ltd has conducted a recall of their turkey breast roast after turkey thigh roast was incorrectly distributed in its packaging.

The product – which has been for sale across Woolworths stores in NSW, Victoria, SA and NT from March 19 – contains the presence of milk.

The NSW Food Authority has urged any consumers who have a milk allergy or intolerance to not consume the product.

If consumed, customers with a milk allergy or intolerance should seek immediate medical advice.

Customers are advised to return the product to the place of purchase for a full cash refund.
