'Incredible' moment dog makes friends with dolphin in river
An unlikely friendship was formed when a dog and dolphin were filmed frolicking in an Adelaide river.
The footage shows the black Labrador and dolphin swimming in the Patawalonga River in Glenelg, 10 kilometres southwest of Adelaide’s CBD.
The new friends swam side by side in the water and the dolphin was filmed playfully leaping over the dog.
“Someone’s Black Labrador hopped into the Patawalonga Creek in Glenelg SA last night and found himself playing around with one of the dolphins,” Billie-Michelle Eastwood wrote on Facebook on Monday.
“Was incredible to watch.
“Glad I was there to see it.”
Social media users were delighted by the adorable pair.
“That is so cool!” one Facebook user said.
“It’s so beautiful,” another Facebook user wrote.
